One man's weeds are another man's plants (to coin a phrase). My Dad was shocked to discover I'd sown a clover lawn!😆 It's a matter of perception. 🍀

I was annoyed about all the ground elder in my orchard until it flowered last June and I saw solitary bees feeding on it (ashy and tawny mining bees). So I have definitely discovered its virtues, and though it can be invasive, I'm leaving it bee :-)

If the "weeds" are feeding pollinators, healing soil, providing medicine, shelter, and beauty, then they're growing exactly where they should be. Have a good one Buzz community.
